I am delighted to announce that the first event of a series of mini-workshops on Ayurvedic cooking will take place on May 22nd from 5:30 to 6:30 PM in the cozy kitchen of Sacred Space.
In this evening's workshop, I will once again guide you through the process of making ghee, a staple ingredient in Ayurvedic cooking and Indian cuisine known for its numerous health benefits. Whether you missed the previous session or simply want to deepen your understanding of this traditional art, this workshop is perfect for both experienced cooks and kitchen novices.
